Our previous, third Leadership and SES Workshop at Capitol Hill.

Consisted of:

A short slide presentation on interviewing for executive positions. SES CDP and regular competitive positions.

The major portion of the session consisted of class members partnering and doing short summary interviews/evaluating partners responses based upon a set of evaluation guidelines.

The highlight was a couple of volunteers interviewed (short interviews) by instrtuctorts and SES members in front of a class. The SES members critiqued.

We also partnering with the NSHMBAs (National Society of Hipanic MBA's) and HAA (HACU Alumni Association). We had a short presentation geared towards them on "How to get s job in the federal government". Federal government employees' and NAHFE members were encouraged to provide input for them.

If you are a GS-12 to 15 interested in advancing in your Federal Employment Career, this workshop is for you. But it is open to all. Membership is not required.
