Our Mission is to help identify, encourage, prepare and promote the advancement of Hispanics into the SES ranks.
Strategic Direction
To inspire a new generation of Hispanics striving to ascend to Senior Executive positions, and enrich a base pool of Hispanic candidates for Senior Executive and management levels.
Strategic Goals and Performance
To seek partnership agreements with Federal Agencies and Departments which would allow NAHFE access to agency information and resources, and to increase cooperation and understanding regarding Hispanic recruitment and retention at the highest levels of the Federal service.
Strategic Initiatives
To develop a plan to schedule appointments with Cabinet Secretaries and Agency Administrators to propose partnership agreements with NAHFE.
