NAHFE relies on the work of committees and volunteers committed to the fulfillment of our association's mission.Take part of the action, make the most of your NAHFE membership, demonstrate and develop your leadership skills, and expand your professional network.
Membership Committee
This committee is responsible for recruitment and retention of NAHFE members. This include outreach and membership drives as well as special events and programs for members. NAHFE members are federal government employees GS12 and above, including members of the Senior Executive Service (or equivalent).

Communication Committee
This committee is responsible for the production and maintenance of NAHFEs media, including but not limited to our website, social media account(s), brochures, reports, and archives. In addition, the committee documents events and programs using a suitable multimedia strategy (photographs, video, news clips, social media) and coordinate any press releases.

Data Analysis Committee
This committee supports NAHFE's involvement in the NHLAs Government Accountability Committee and NAHFE's partnership with federal agencies by providing background information, data analysis, and recommendations with regards to Hispanics in the federal workforce.

Programs Committee
This committee plan, coordinates, execute, and assess NAHFE's programs including, but not limited to, NAHFE's Leadership Mentoring Program; NAHFE's Leadership Hour; Management and Leadership Training; and Executive Leadership Training. The committee identifies partnership opportunities, work with experts to identify high-quality programs, and is responsible for event planning and logistics.
